Prior to making your hotel reservation or visiting our property, please familiarize yourself with the information listed below.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Our check-in time is after 3:00pm and our check-out time is by 11:00am. Any guests arriving earlier than 3:00pm will be checked in as soon as rooms become available. Guests checking out after 11:00am may incur a late checkout fee.
Is there a minimum age to check-in to the hotel?
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room. Guests under 21 years must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the Birdseye Rooftop open?
The pool is closed for the season. We anticipate reopening our pool for the next season in May 2021.
Will guests be able to access the local beaches?
For the most updated guidelines on beach openings and parking, please visit the City of Gloucester website. We are able to provide shuttle service to Half Moon Beach at Stage Fort Park and Good Harbor Beach.
Will room service be available?
Full room-service is available during restaurant hours. Please see the 1606 Restaurant and Bar for menu.
Do you offer Valet parking?
Gloved valet service is available upon request. Self parking is also available.
Is there an overnight parking fee?
Yes, there is an $8 nightly charge for overnight parking.
Will complimentary shuttle service be available?
Yes, we are able to provide shuttle service for overnight guests to destinations within a three mile radius. Shuttle service will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Is the fitness center open?
Our fitness center is open on a reservation basis. To reserve your time, please see the Front Desk agent during your stay. Occupancy is limited to adhere to safety guidelines.
Will housekeeping be able to service my room during my stay?
Daily housekeeping service is in effect while contactless housekeeping service is available upon request.
Will bell service be available?
Bell Service is an optional service at this time. If a guest chooses to have their luggage brought to their room, a “gloved” bellman will bring the luggage as far as the guest room door to limit in-room traffic. Otherwise, guests will be offered a sanitized cart to transfer their own luggage and a Bellman will retrieve the cart from outside the guest room.
Will bikes be available?
Complimentary Beauport beach bicycles will be available to our hotel guests on a first come first serve basis. For sanitation purposes, we will not be offering bicycle helmets at this time. Guests may choose to bring their own helmet or not wear one. An accident liability waiver will be asked to be signed by all guests using our bicycles.
Is the hotel accepting packages on behalf of overnight guests?
Packages and mail may be delivered to and from our hotel. Postage stamps are also available for purchase in our Boutique Gift Shop. For incoming packages, please notify the Front Desk in advance and have it addressed as follows:

Are pets allowed at Beauport Hotel?
In order to guarantee a comfortable and allergen-free environment for our guests, we respectfully decline the presence of pets in the hotel. Documented service animals are always welcome. We are happy to refer pet boarding facilities in our area that you can utilize during your stay.
Are smoking rooms available?
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking and designated areas can be found adjacent to the hotel entrance. A $250 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.

No. It is required that all guests and employees always wear proper masks upon entering and throughout the building. Restaurant patrons may remove their masks while they are seated at their tables.
