Prior to making your hotel reservation or visiting our property, please familiarize yourself with the information listed below.
Masks are optional for fully vaccinated guests and staff. We kindly request that non-vaccinated guests continue to wear masks and practice social distancing while on our property. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time, given changing health data and guidelines.
During the summer season, we host weddings over the weekends, Friday, Saturday & Sunday evenings, with music and lively guest environment that may extend to late evening hours. If you are not attending a wedding or event with us and are looking for a quieter hotel experience, please consider staying with us mid-week, Monday-Thursday.
For Overnight Guests
Our check-in time is after 3:00pm and our check-out time is by 11:00am. Any guests arriving earlier than 3:00pm will be checked in as soon as rooms become available. Guests checking out after 11:00am may incur a late checkout fee.
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room. Guests under 21 years must be accompanied by an adult.
For the most updated guidelines on beach openings and parking, please visit the City of Gloucester website. We are able to provide shuttle service to Good Harbor Beach.
-Birdseye Rooftop Pool & Hot tub are heated and open from 8AM-11PM, Pool area seating is first come, first-served.
-Birdseye Bar is open daily from 12PM-5PM through Columbus Day (weather dependent)
-Rooftop deck and pool are exclusively for Beauport overnight guests. Wristbands will be provided upon check-in and are required for access. Pool access is available within check-in and check-out times.
-Lounge chaises, table and high-top seating are available for usage
-Columbus Day -October 31st, Birdseye Bar is open Friday-Sunday from 12PM-5PM (weather dependent)
-Guests may enjoy beverages from 1606 Restaurant and Oyster Bar on the rooftop when Birdseye Bar is not open -Birdseye Pool and Bar will close for the season on November 1st
Gloved valet service is available upon request, at no additional charge. Self parking is also available.
Overnight guest parking is an $8 nightly charge.
Yes, we are able to provide shuttle service for overnight guests to destinations within a three mile radius. Shuttle service will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Complimentary Beauport beach bicycles will be available to our hotel guests on a first come first serve basis. Guests may choose to bring their own helmet or not wear one. An accident liability waiver will be asked to be signed by all guests using our bicycles.
Packages and mail may be delivered to and from our hotel. Postage stamps are also available for purchase in our Boutique Gift Shop. For incoming packages, please notify the Front Desk in advance and have it addressed as follows:

In order to guarantee a comfortable and allergen-free environment for our guests, we respectfully decline the presence of pets in the hotel. Documented service animals are always welcome. We are happy to refer pet boarding facilities in our area that you can utilize during your stay.

Yes, our Beauport Boutique is open on a walk-in basis. Guests may also order items online through our website here.
Valet parking is available. Visiting guests may choose to park their vehicles in our outdoor lot adjacent to the hotel entrance or inside of our garage.
