Our check-in time is after 3:00pm and our check-out time is by 11:00am.  Any guests arriving earlier than 3:00pm will be checked in as soon as rooms become available.  Guests checking out after 11:00am may incur a late checkout fee.

Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.  Guests under 21 years must be accompanied by an adult.

Offers valid for new reservations only. Cannot be combined with one another. Not valid for room blocks/special events/weddings/group travel except as allowed by advance contract. Starting rates exclude taxes. Rates based on double occupancy and best available. Room types based on availability.

Effective for the 2022 season opening, the Beauport Hotel Birdseye Rooftop Pool & Bar will be adults only, and will continue to be an exclusive amenity for the Beauport Hotel Guests only. All guests will be required to show a 21+ ID and an active Beauport Hotel room key in order to gain entry to the Roof Level. 

Our updated pool usage policy is in place with care for the overall safety and comfort of our guest community, as we maintain a spacious, comfortable, and controlled capacity to enjoy the rooftop pool.

We continue to warmly welcome children and families as our guests, and during the summer season, we actively service our front Pavilion Beach with beach chairs and umbrellas, amenities, and water activities in partnership with Cape Ann SUP. We are pleased to offer complimentary, on-demand shuttle service to Good Harbor Beach. We encourage our guest families to take advantage of Gloucester's local beaches, on-the-water attractions and childrens activities during their stay.

Gloved valet service is available upon request, at no additional charge. Self parking is also available. 

Overnight guest parking is a $15 nightly charge.

Yes, we are able to provide shuttle service for overnight guests to destinations within a three mile radius. Shuttle service will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Complimentary Beauport beach bicycles will be available to our hotel guests on a first come first serve basis.  Guests may choose to bring their own helmet or not wear one. An accident liability waiver will be asked to be signed by all guests using our bicycles. 

Packages and mail may be delivered to and from our hotel. Postage stamps are also available for purchase in our Boutique Gift Shop. For incoming packages, please notify the Front Desk in advance and have it addressed as follows:

In order to guarantee a comfortable and allergen-free environment for our guests, we respectfully decline the presence of pets in the hotel. Documented service animals are always welcome. We are happy to refer pet boarding facilities in our area that you can utilize during your stay.
